pythia UB it would be a freshly chilled crisp white from the wonderful SW of WA, with all the beauty of a new spring day, just after a shower of fresh rain from over the wide expanses of the Indian Ocean and grown within a bed of white and ruby red roses polinated by the strongest healthiest virile bees....sipped slowly and patiently taking in the sweet flavour and fresh fragrances whilst relaxing aboard the 60' Clipper on a rising sun resting in the glassed off Bunker Bay with my beautiful wife by my side.

And a faith in my belief of what I know now to be true and where this is heading, with a little chilling out as you suggested. The above is my long held dream that we are going to realise.
