important copper price drop good for zinc I think one thing is missing from your arguements
1) stock piles of copper are rising because of
a) more prodution then before
or
b) less demand for copper due to high prices
if (a) then it is good for zinc. Copper is expensive and if its prices drops then companies that manufacture will be able to pick up the cost of HIGHER ZINC prices.
Copper makes 95% of the product???? and zinc makes 5% or less of the product.
If the price of 95% of the components fall in price and 5% of components increase dramatically in price then you would more easily be able to afford the price rise in the 5% of components which is ZINC.
logical or not? therefor if it is option (a) then zinc is gonig up if option (b) then not so good.
I am assuming copper is the main component tied to Zinc.
