KTB, last year I printed out and took my AGM ballot sheet to as proof I was a shareholder. There is a table were they check you holding. I had previously given all my votes to the Australian Shareholders Association (ASA) as proxy. They told me I could only attend as a visitor because of that and not ask any questions. I said I would take 1 vote back so I could attend as a shareholder and ask questions which was done.
I think if you have any proof of holding like online broker confirmation and your ID they will check the shareholders list and let you in. If you give your proxy to ASA (membership not required) https://www.australianshareholders.com.au/appointing-proxy-online
or anyone else remember to keep 1 vote back so you can ask questions at AGM.
