They issued the entire batch of shares up front - just shy of 1.2 billion then a monthly payment. Opens the vwap to manipulation each month. They also paid a hefty amount to secure this funding, several hundred thousand dollars.
Really a grossly misleading announcement as the $6 million was just a pie in the sky figure like ziggys 25c target for a soft serve machine.
