Yeah, Ziggy has also had an administrative oversight and not issued one - ever! Nor has the other director who was a substantial holder.
Most companies would do a review to sort out compliance issues after all the ASX letters to avoid further embarrassment. Maybe they are just listing suggestions instead of listing rules.
