GGE didn't move - watch for now... The acquisition close to doubles their liquid reserves at the low case, quadruples at the high case. Funded by a mix of cash and shares which is good because they conserve the cash position of $3.2m. The share issue dilutes 2.6% so minimal.
Out for now but watching - it will likely move on the same FA that made it move on Friday
