    I think the main issue for the company is RAP. The fact they are in court proceedings says it hasn't been received very well (regardless of the principals followed) by the people and it could drag out much further than December and also costing significantly much more $ to compensate the affected people. With political interference also engaged and spurring on the land owners the issue is could spiral out of control.
