The placement price will be released before trading resumes. What benefit would there be to someone confirming a cap raise price before trading resumes. Jezzy will look pretty stupid if the raise comes out at a different price.
Ill go with the 18c raise. Either way the price will be released before one share gets traded on the asx. Holders will most likely have an opportunity to pick up under 20c which sounds like a bargain compared to current prices. Anything under 18c would be just a bigger bargain.
