re: yes vote 94 percent for 4 percent against to all attended meeting some 20 or so share holders at the meeting the rest were suits repesenting the various stock broking houses that have a share holding in hdr. these guys were particular from the m & a deaprtments of their respective companies. spoke to a couple of them and looks like they they will taking up the full allocation for the share script offer so any small share holder selling the stock will be soaked up by these instos..very sad day it showed on the faces of hdr employees attending the meeting spoke to non exec director of hdr john conlin he is ex- wps and said that hdr was was the 1st casually due to wpl incompetence.
good luck to all i will be taking up tlw script but if all instos do the same tlw script could be less than 40%.
