Hi Guys


Im new to investing in last 12 months, and I am trying to understand the fully extent of the last announcement, so apologies for the stupid question and clarification. Based on the recent announcement I understand that if as an example I currently owned 80,000 shares now then I will be given the option to purchase an additional 10,000 shares at 0.10 cents. In making this purchase I am "given" 25,000 options. Is that about right?

Finally what I am seeking clarification on, is if for whatever reason I choose not to purchase the "discounted" shares are my originally holdings of 80,000 shares going to be consolidated at an 8:1 ratio?
