One of the board members retired almost a month ago (Rob Koczkar), they are currently looking for a replacement, from his bio he is an engineer, and was involved with the private equity group who relisted spotless.
The replacement could potentially shake things up at the board level (for the better), and if they find someone of note it might even help restore some confidence amongst investors and help with the SP.
