KB is on a base of $350k pa.
The increase to $750k relates to the cumulative amount all the "Non-executive" directors can receive in total as base salary. Currently the Chair receives $90k pa and the other NEDS $60k pa.
Al quite reasonable for a company with PLS's market cap IMO
It also gives them room to add/pay additional directors that may come on as part of the financing or BOA's. ie: Here's 100k in debt financing but give us board seat so we can keep an eye on our investment etc.
