- i dont think world bank is giving 3.7mil to GRK, but to fund the hungary JV project (?) - which they own approx 30%
- it says ex-date when shares are quoted exrights is 21 dec and yet it starts trading 21 dec. does that still mean if i buy it today (19thdec) ill get my rights free
