Generally, a stock such as this, with excellent growth prospects and a leader in its field will trade at a premium to its earnings. In this case, a prospective PER of 20-30 times is not unreasonable.
Therefore, a price of US$6.60 (or 48.5c for LOK) to US$9.90 (or 72.5c for LOK) is a distinct possibility in the coming months. I bet this is how the US investors are viewing it at the moment.
In the first half hour of trade on the NASDAQ, LOOK is now up 12.5% on a volume of 2.13 million shares.
