Yep, the writing's on the wall with IAM that 2017 is going to be an extremely exciting year for both the company and shareholders.
A great management team is vital for any ASX 100 company. At the micro cap end of the market it is absolutely imperative that you have the best possible management/board to grow the company. I would put it 80% management / 20% product.
The thing I like most is that all the recent board/management appointments are not only high quality individuals in their own right, but also mix in slightly different circles so bring something new to the table:

Charles Blake - East Coast, Macquarie
Macquarie is known as the Millionaire Factory - let's hope this appointment helps make us all millionaires sometime in 2017/18 .
