At its AGM the co said it would pay a maiden div of about 0.5c in FY'07.
Ord Minnet analyst Martyn Jacobs has a buy rec and says the div, while small, reflects confidence in profit outlook. He values at 52c.
Webjet also considering aquisitions but will consuct an on-market buyback of $5-7m (c.5% issued capital) if no opportunities are identified).
