    Well this is also possible. But if you r right and this is a kind of a fee than tgs have just made a bad arrangement - no?

    First I read it also as a convertible arrangement vs shares. And when I read yr explanation I saw it also as a fee (shares) which would be the correct thing!

    Well now I am a little bit pissed off. Wow.. not so nice...!
