He's actually correct in saying the margins are at the moment non existent, and they won't be very good for a few more quarters until we get a reasonable amount trial customers converted to fully paying customers and their payment terms are up, he just prefers not to tell the entire story, the fact is in 12 months time we should be seeing reasonable margins even if we still have massive growth in customer acquisition, it's just this first 6 -12 month period that we have to whether.

IMO this shouldn't be a concern on the SP as it's a must part of every business cycle.

I wonder if it's worth searching some of Y's other stocks he's previously held to look for the margin argument.
