Winner,I think making Dr Ross Walker is a great decision.He was hired for a reason,and he will help(in only my opinion) in us getting an Australian License.His contacts would be far and wide,and in the right circles.Let's not kid ourselves on how things work when gaining these kind of things.As for this part Winner ''The maximum aggregate amount of fees payable to all of the non-executive Directors is currently set at $150,000. Resolution 5 seeks Shareholder approval to increase this figure by $100,000 to $250,000. ''The 250,000 wouldnt apply to him,as he would be a director,not a non -executive director,or have I got this wrong?Also that figure going up $150,000 would be for the total of non executive directors,not individually,or do I have this wrong also?Happy to be corrected if I'm wrong.
