What about the Singapore telco which is touted to have 20,000 seats at $10 a pop...
Add in a large telco with a network of +10m mobile users for which they are recording the whole thing. Even if they engage 0.05% of their market to use call recording that's 50,000 users alone.
Add in another couple of large telco's and increase the customer engagement percentage and you can see how quickly this will fly.
Let's hope they land a couple of big fish
