Imo they should launch using Google asap and without apple approval because the longer the delay in the launch the sooner the chance someone else will develope a similar or better App to take the first mover value away from WGL if both get going at same time.
On other hand imagine if I say IF Apple or Pixel had an inbuilt device to assist speed downloads in all their phones? imagine only getting $1 per phone pm for 2 Years each ? IF it was true that the Wgl App actually works without telcos increasing pricing to compensate then .048 cents might be worth $48 per share or more in a few months time and if so should it not be worth more than. 048 cents today even as a spec? but how would we work out a true valuation for the company? Anyone on HC HAVE those skills?
