Well its like shearing, try getting anybody to shear sheep at speed all day for 22 bucks an hour and you will find everybody to lazy to do that as well, it doesn't matter what line of work you do, if its tough physical yakka and employers drive wages down too far nobody will choose to do it if other jobs pay more and are easier..
