They're going to complete a cap raise at .8 of the 5 day moving average, so potentially .0072 or lower. This will allow the company to purchase whatever it is they're looking to acquire plus allow future operations.
If the cap raise is completed at this price and positive news follows, there should be a lift in the SP.
