Sorry bello, but I have to disagree with you there. The way is see it they had to give away not one, but, two options to get the investors interested to hand over the cash. If it was that good they wouldn't have to give any away. Furthermore, why not give long term shareholders the option to take part in the capital raising with the same conditions? Looking after their mates probably.
