Seriously and most likely same as you i have watched every trade go thru for 6 months+, please don't insult my intelligence regarding this, i predicted last week that it was most likely going to be Thursday or even Friday for any JV/PSA announcement if one comes, the reason for this is mainly due to the 8 hours difference between Australia/Somalia and the conclusion of the 3 day meeting being Wednesday Aust time, if documents need to be ratified / redrawn and signed it was most likely going to be Friday, if the TFG are willing i believe RRS will make the drop dead date of Dec 31st.

Screens can be ligthened just as they can easily become heavy, ask yourself why we have 10mil sell positions daily down to 2.9, if i wish i can put 5mil in the screens to sell but why would i want too.
