It does look solid on the buy depth. I think it's because 11.5c is a previous low, possibly a support line and a good place to buy.
Below is an hourly chart. It shows that the share price may have completed a flat as denoted by the blue lines. The share price could either complete another hump or start moving up from here. Either way I see the share price moving up because of the daily chart.
The daily chart;
The daily chart shows an Elliott Wave pattern. The share price has reached a 161.8% extension of that first wave. The extended wave is wave 3. The share price is currently completing wave 4 as shown in the hourly chart. Once done, I think that the share price could go up to about 21c.
