t.a not always as predicted Just a few thought below guys
Have not been trading for some time now as I found T/A bit lacking,
I likened it a bit like repairing a motorcar with only an adjustable wrench for a tool,
So I read a few books then joined a few Yahoo chat sites ,frequented by followers of W.D.Gann and astro theories in the search for another tool to add to my traders toolbox,
Have learnt quite a few new tricks ,mainly Ganns stuff but still have a bit more to prove or disprove, mainly the astro theory ,
below is a quote from http://groups.yahoo.com/group/galactictrader/
which I thought sums a few things on T/A.
The way to use the mass of information on these trading groups is to have a positive approach and try out things for your self and use the tools you are comfortable with.
I mean trendlines don't work all of the time nor does oscillators, nor does E wave nor does fundamental analysis etc. etc.,
So why does anybody have to prove to anybody that a planetary line aproach does work all the time? It does not. But if you follow a few simple rules you have another tool in you toolbox that is be useful.
