The collaboration path TLG is taking allows them to understand the market. Not until you have tested the graphite/graphene products in the industrial applications, you would not understand whether single-layer graphene will delivery a huge advantage in the application, or the benefit from single-layer only gives a marginal gain compared to the few-layer or even micro-graphite.

I don't want to argue over who can do what,Both companies are very similar.

"The graphene initially comes out in layers of three to ten layers in thickness, but if you want single layer thick graphene, the ultimate 2D material, FGR can run it through a secondary processing step to achieve that size."
