Reading through NMI/KLG documents it appears they are growing aggressively
Just wondering if anybody had considered potential for takeover of little old ARK?
Great positive cash flow up front with excellent exploration potential near their existing facilities.
I can't see any issues with signing a Toll agreement or contract with one company that then mergers with another. I have been involved in those before and the contract simply gets rolled into the new company.
I didn't buy in based on any takeover potential, and would prefer bigger long term growth but just thought I would put it out there for discussion ...
