What a day! Thought it was finally time to do some spring cleaning, got out my shears and did some pruning!
No not in the garden! Decided to get rid of all the dead wood in my portfolio. By the time I was finished I had booked 2.5k in losses. Though it generally isn't a great idea to follow the herd on a down market day I thought it was a great signal given the incredible month it has been, well ahead for this month and hope you guys have had similar luck! The XJO is looking pretty bearish on the mid term as well.
Not to worry!! Saw CFO (no not my company CFO but the company called CFO) around 12:30 and thought it was forming a nice tight wedge bought a few but not enough!! gee did it pay off! made back nearly all the losses I had booked in the morning!
For anyone interested I have attached the CFO chart with my commentary should help spot similar patterns in the future!
Got my eye on $1 for now and will probably bump up my stop loss to the mid 70s (obviously depending on how it fares tomorrow).
