I believe we have to wait until Nov to apply for the licence. Can't wait for new distribution deals; they'll have more immediate effects on the price than rescheduling, which should build up more steadily over weeks & months.
BM doubters: take a look at the periods he was actually at the helm of the companies that failed. Nothing to do with him; SPs had already fallen and flatlined before his arrival.
