re: consolidation...more4u2 Yes it does look upfront that KAH is winner of this deal. Previously they had 49% and were required to now come up with funding for exploration costs (i stand corrected if wrong).
Now they may have x number of EXT shares and will benefit from all mining actvities (dividends, sp increases) but without putting up a single cent - am i right ? Their downside is what - loss in any value of free ext shares !
But thats upfront reading only. Who knows and let see what both markets bring tomorrow.
