kah get 667m shares for their 49%
ext has 996m shares on issue
total shares before cap raising/consolidation 1.63b
kah will own about 40% of ext
current ext share holders will then in effect own 60% of projects/tenements due to dilution effect
ext currently own 51% of project so gain 9% by doing the deal
Does the above sound right?
