What that message says to me is now that HDR are out of the scene we can accelerate the drilling process in Uganda. Why could this not have been done earlier? IMO because HDR did not have the money and support required to throw at it. Now all of a sudden TLW makes a statement like that. Coincidence who knows, maybe but the timing sucks from HDR's position
