re: re:hey george I agree George but I am also implying that EXT are not actually 'paying' $67m in cash either. This is just shares that also don't have any value such as is implied until realised.
The calcs are plain and simple pertaining only to the resource value as indicated in the agm report and the current uranium price. This is not a wild thought up figure. It does also only apply to a single target zone. They will now have 4 others with 2 in known uranium zones and one with excellent historical drilling results they paid b'all for!
This is a good deal. If not Pm and a lot of very big shareholders are going to lose an awful lot....Do you think they think this is good for EXT? Damn right, EXT goes down so do they and KAH with them.
