Subi1......people were saying for at least the last 6 mths that arq was below fair value,so surely that says that there was still plenty of time.
If you bought today instead of 6 mths ago,you would have saved a lot of money.
If the sp turns there should still be enough time to get in below $1.50 which is a better deal than buying when it was $2.
As for hdr,that was the same as arq,ie,below fair value for quite a while , just kept dropping.
The only thing that saved hdr was the takeover.
