If you read scripture (here is one you can find the rest yourself Luke 24:30-31) every time he appeared to his disciples after his resurrection they recognised him only when they were breaking bread, because that’s where he can be found today, that’s what he left behind.

Ppm, you need to be more careful in your research. You have in fact provided as an example in Luke 24:30,31 to support your point the ONLY time Jesus was recognised while breaking bread. It was probably more to do with his blessing of the bread.
As for the last supper, that is to replace the Passover that was held annually on the date corresponding with Nisan 14 of the Jewish lunar calendar...NOT DAILY.
