How come no one talks about or makes excuses for the following....
Revenue for the 3 months (from the online shop?)
Sales = $1000
Product manufacturing and cost of sales....
(i) Cost of sales = $3000
(ii) Operating costs = $271,000
Total Cash flows from operating activities, negative $867,000.00. So it basically cost $867,000 to produce $1000 in sales for 3 months.
Advertising and marketing = $00.00
I wonder where it all went?
How many products are in the range? What is the average retail price? How many unit sales in 3 months? (@ say $50 ea. it would = 1.66 sales per week) How many purchases did HC posters make? When were these products released? (Rhetorical questions)
So it appears Brett and the boys are doing a wonderful job selling the cosmetic range.
Zero dollars spent on marketing? $1000 in revenue. Cost of sales $274,000.00
Forget any deposits paid, until they turn into actual sales!
If I have got any figures wrong, please correct me.
