not so sure, this ain't the pilbara, building the plant overseas and bringing in massively large pre-built components in to Dubbo which is 400km inland and which has single carriage roads passing through many small villages - I don't think so. This was never in the EIS. They could use rail but the railway line was not built for this kind of freight
Plus this has got to destroy the revenue model as you only have half a plant until 2025+, let's face it stage 2 of the build can be postponed indefinitely. To me it looks like they have gone to the finance guys and they have said not on your life come back with a new proposal. That's all this is
