In my experience, tax accountants don't like the attention of audits and are quite willing to pour your money down the drain to avoid said attention. There's a reason trump has been audited 14 times without a glitch. Tax minimisation is smart business, tax avoidance is illegal. Flying dangerously close is not dangerous at all if it's not illegal. A great tax accountant will know at which point that line starts.
