    Selling in June and buyng again in July is not tax avoidance, heck how can it be.

    Avoiding tax is illegal, period.

    Managing ur income affairs around tax reporting years is smart financial management, and if it means I sell an asset next FY instead of this FY , then kudos to me for acting intelligently and using the tax laws to reduce the total tax I pay.

    Common sense also prevails. Going in circles now, guys. . .
