I find Dom's share holding strategy in CL8 quite confusing:-

If you refer back to 24/6/15 Future Capital (which he is sole shareholder and director) owned 29m Shares, then on the 24/6/15 that same vehicle bought 2.9m more and then redistributed all 32m shares to Future Capital underlying investors. Now you may think that announcement was good, Dom bought 2.9m and redistributed the 32m shares to those underlying investors so sold none, my question is can those underlying investors then sell on-market to secretly unload Dom's 32m shares?

Also at 10/6/15 Dom owned 38m shares through Dominet Digital, now that account owns 6.5m Shares.......

I would suggest that kind of volume in selling is directly hurting the SP (he may have a locked in sell order at 2.0-2.1c) handbraking the SP unbeknownst to Management they then offer Dom $100,000 in shares at a 15%VWAP discount and free option to obtain more funds which then Dom sells on market ready for the next enquiry from Chris.

Re-reading the previous communication from Management, the opinion of Dom is he is providing continuous support to the business. However I have to question the fact he may have sold 63.5million shares. . . . .
