I personally see risk in GTG. A patent is a patent but I would not like to see a large pharmecutical fighting the validity of this far-fetching patent. I think there are definately arguments against it, however whether it would stand up in court is another matter, and therein lies the risk of GTG. I think a court-case of proportions is inevitable.
