NOR certainly are taking longer to get results than I'm sure most would like.
However I tend to disagree with your summation of NOR, but do very much appreciate your view.

Their Product revolves around clearer, cheaper communication worldwide, with greater back end control all from one central account, right?
Technology they felt was worth protecting.

Ive dealt with all three majors in Australia on a corporate account level and none of them have the back end features NOR have.

Most of NOR's product suite is up and running however there are just two features yet to go live. Plus yesterday's announcements/updates, although I agree, conveniently timed to perfection, do show in house progress and that they are listening to prospective clients and tailoring the product suite in line with the feedback they are receiving.

As frustrating and heart breaking the past 9 or 10 months have been for many holders, especially those that are locked in much much higher than where we are at today.....I do honestly believe that NOR are on the cusp of having a very competitive product that will indeed save Businesses money, whilst giving them a communication platform that can be much more stringently monitored in house, and provides excellent quality voice to voice etc. it makes staff much more accountable for the phone use. Big brother stuff and absolutely exactly the kind of control many companies overseas in particular want.

Yes there are other products out there that can do a bit of this and a bit of that, and plenty that are free...which backpackers and travellers love.

But I still view NOR as a cutting edge telco provider that can and will save businesses money without loosing call quality, and that has more advanced back end control.

Yes investing in NOR is a risk and yes they may not be getting results at a speed many would like. But this is telecommunications, not car sales.

Purchase decisions made at a corporate level take time. Especially multi nationals.

Maybe one day I'll be eating my words, or maybe one day I'll be eating Moreton bay bugs off the the back of my private yacht. I know which meal will be sweeter.
