Michael I thought you were pooh poohing the whole idea?
So why did you dismiss my musings so readily on oze. Perhaps Iam wrong here time will tell. I must say I have always had trouble determining the correct context from posts(which has caused me to back pedal at 100mph). No matter you know me well enough by now.

But I don't believe I have misread the context here, anyway getting back to the doc "The failure of both ERG and the Taskforce to directly address this issue has led us to the conclusion that the access card project is an expensive failure in the making".Now that strongly suggests that they feel that the decision has been made or that it is that far down the track that a change in strategy is highly unlikey.
Further in a fit of pique they have taken a cheap shot at Sydney that is not experiencing delays that are outside of any other AFC's rollout anywhere else in the world past or present.
So they are clearly angry. The tone is pretty ordinary and not one that you would expect from a company that is trying to win a major, major contract. Quite unprofessional.

On top of that they have made a number of claims that in my rather uneducated opinion are easily challenged(meaning if a dolt like me can see thru it what about hardened professionals??). Again I will get to the bottom of petabyte data scales that a monolithic company such as Microsoft has 'failed' in their opinion to profer.
On top of that I feel very happy with myself atm. I came across it via google. I scanned 40 pages x 10 articles/documents before I found it. That's right 400 plus.It took hours but it was worth it. This may be the best find I have ever had.Lets hope so for the ramifications are obvious.
