Kellygirl, it is very presumptuous I think to say that they WILL win. A patent is a patent but if it can be argued successfully that the patent maybe should never have been issued because of its scope, then GTG is suddenly not worth much, if it cannot then GTG is worth alot of money.
I guess my point is I think it will take a high-profile courtcase to decide one way or another, and only then will GTG show its true value (shareprice-wise).
GTG has performed very well and may be very successful, I am trying however to show reasons, if it is all blue-sky and there are no risks, why GTG is only at its current share-price, afterall it is still lower than it was a year or so ago.
