Why on earth would they selectively choose the most obscure competitors in their comparison of "enterprise UCaaS providers"?
They managed to get Skype in there (although more likely they are talking the consumer version)
But where where the dominant players: 8x8, Mitel, Broadsoft, ShoreTel, Ring Central, Thinking Phones, 3CX, Avaya, Digium & Cisco just to name a few! All these juggernauts have established cloud offerings that completely wipe the floor with what Norwood have to offer from a feature standpoint.
For EVERY opportunity in NOR's pipeline these guys will be at the table. Even the SME's are now demanding features such as presence, video, collaboration, and integration with their corporate applications. These features are so far away from NOR's roadmap it isn't funny!!
Whether you hold or not, ask yourself a simple question, what does our company need from our corporate telephony solution?
I challenge any of you to answer that NOR would be even close to any of the others listed above.
