Yes you are missing something. Detective hat needed.

The AT&T news in the 12th October announcement is very significant in itself.

However the announcement was designed by someone to specifically "bury" the good news while still complying with the ASX disclosure rules.

So that it didn't appear in google searches on business newswires etc.

Only when the AT&T Time Warner deal was announced did it finally click what had been done & why.
