GE Insurance would not have underwritten GTG patents wthout due research of pro's and con's, they had their own highly qualified experts grill GTG and patents.
I have held GTG since Duketon days upon advice from a Director that they would one day be the Microsoft of the Biotech's and now I see the same references.
Anyhow, what is very obvious now is the impact of these patents as it was such a contentious issue at this weeks conference, only goes to show us GTG's position is highly recognisable amongst their peers.
