Not at all. Just because it becomes liquid and volatile doesn't mean you should turn into a trader. Stick to your plan and sell according to it (be it FA or TA based). Retrospectively analysing the opportunity of volatility will do your head in. That said, if you have the itch to trade, it can be beneficial to trade a % of your holding just to keep your fingers busy.
Don't know if you recall our discussion in March earlier this year. But it turned out we both underestimated the time for FDA approval quite significantly! Oh well, worth the wait. And I imagine it will be again.
